I am so happy I got to share, “How to Stay Energized for Sustainable Success” on Chris Salem’s popular Sustainable Success podcast. Chris walks his talk about his belief that, “Healthy habits lead to prosperity in all areas of your life and business.”

Chris and I had participated on the committee for the 3-day City Summit and City Gala in Hollywood last week. I was absolutely thrilled to have been there. The back-to-back lineup of innovators, celebrities, and successful entrepreneurs was awe inspiring. Ashton Kutcher, Matthew McConaughey and Jack Canfield were just three of the many powerful speakers over the action packed, 3-day City Summit and City Gala, organized by founder, Ryan Long. I would wholeheartedly recommend attending next year. I am planning to be there.

As with most speaker events, we spent most of the summit sitting in our seats. I felt especially grateful I got to LifeBike® to burn calories, boost my focus and energize – right from my seat.

I also brought a spare LifeBike for fellow attendees who asked to borrow it. Several people around me told me they had been feeling “lethargic” or “zoning out” from just sitting there for hours and asked to test it out. After LifeBiking for a few minutes, they said they could feel the difference – they felt “energized” and “awake again.” Yay!

Tune into my interview with Chris to find out, “How to Stay Energized for Sustainable Success.” I also share my experience with turning personal pain points into new products. If you have ever thought, “There must be a better way” at times during your day, here’s my process from idea to innovation.

Have you ever heard the miraculous true story that inspired me to launch FlyteBike™ last year? It all started when I shared how LifeBike® prevents blood clots & jet lag on long flights with Virgin CEO, Richard Branson, at his home on Necker Island…

To your health!
